We're Hiring: Front of House Superstar

We're looking for a warm, organised, and service-minded individual to join our team part-time as our Front of House at Club Pilates Alexandra, a space where we celebrate movement, community, and genuine human connection.

What you'll do:

  • Be the welcoming face of the studio, greeting every client with warmth and confidence
  • Manage class check-ins, bookings, and client inquiries (in-person, by phone, and over WhatsApp/email)
  • Support daily studio operations, from tidying the space to helping instructors stay on schedule
  • Assist with memberships, payments, and client follow-ups
  • Keep our vibe professional yet personal, making every client feel seen and supported

What we're looking for:

  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Highly organised and able to multitask in a fast-paced setting
  • Warm, calm and confident presence, even under pressure
  • Experience in wellness, hospitality or customer-facing roles a plus
  • Able to commit at least 150 hours a month, including evenings and weekends
