Job Description**:Front of House Representative**

Employment Type: Full-time

In this exciting role, you'll be the first point of contact for our clients, ensuring a seamless and positive experience. You'll play a key role in client success by managing the front desk, providing exceptional customer service, and supporting our team behind the scenes.

**Day-to-Day Responsibilities**:

- Be the face of Surge, warmly greeting and engaging with all clients and potential members.
- Provide exceptional customer service, answering questions, addressing concerns, and exceeding expectations.
- Manage the front desk efficiently, processing payments, handling membership inquiries, and maintaining accurate records.
- Support our personal trainers by scheduling appointments, preparing reports, and handling administrative tasks.
- Become a client success champion by following up on billing, ensuring a smooth experience throughout their fitness journey.
- Be a team player, assisting with any additional duties as needed to help us achieve our goals.

**Requirements**:

- A passion for fitness and wellness (prior experience is a bonus).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with diverse clientele.
- Strong organizational and administrative skills, with a keen eye for detail.
- Proficiency in English, both written and verbal.
- A positive attitude, a willingness to learn, and a commitment to providing exceptional service.
