**Job Title: Front of House Receptionist (Full-Time/Part-Time)**

**Location**:Thomson or Parkway, Singapore

Healthtinity is a vibrant yoga and wellness studio dedicated to providing exceptional experiences for our members. We are looking for a friendly, motivated, and proactive Front of House Receptionist to join our team. **Key Responsibilities**:

- **Customer Engagement**:Welcome members with a warm and professional attitude, mingle with clients, and build positive relationships.
- **Sales and Bookings**:Promote and sell class packages, handle appointment bookings, and answer inquiries via walk-ins, WhatsApp, or phone.
- **Studio Operations**:

- Open and close the studio as per shift requirements.
- Ensure the studio is tidy and well-maintained by performing basic housekeeping tasks independently.
- Manage check-ins and class schedules efficiently.
- **Administrative Duties**:Handle payment transactions, update customer records, and resolve member concerns in a timely and courteous manner.

**Working Hours**:

- **Morning Shift**:7:00 AM - 12:00 Noon
- **Evening Shift**:5:00 PM - 10:00 PM

**Requirements**:

- **Experience**:Minimum 1 year of experience in a front desk or customer service role.
- **Skills**:

- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to interact with members effectively.
- Confidence in promoting and selling packages.
- Ability to manage bookings and handle inquiries across multiple platforms (in-person, WhatsApp, phone).
- Self-motivated and proactive in maintaining cleanliness and organization.
- Strong multitasking abilities and attention to detail.
- Positive attitude and willingness to contribute to a welcoming studio environment.

**Remuneration**:
Salary will be **based on experience**and competitive within the industry.
