Our client is a telecommunication Contractor which provides CCTV & Access Control System and so on. Currently, they are looking for a HR cum Admin Assistant to join their team.
Job Details:

Basic Salary: $2500-$3200 (depends on experience)

Working Hour: Monday to Friday (8.45am – 6pm)

Working Location: Bukit Merah (Central)
Job Description:

In-charge of day-to-day operations of admin (70%) & HR (30%) duties.
-
Manage office administration
-
Provide ad-hoc Admin/Sales support
-
Provide administrative support to department's manager as and when required.
-
Handle staff insurance and medical issues (claims, work injury compensations, etc)
-
Assist in end-to-end recruitment process.
-
Process work passes application and liase with immigration on foreign workers related matters.
-
Assist in managing and controlling employee benefits utilization such as leave, medical benefits as per HR policy & guidelines.
-
Preparation of HR department correspondences that includes HR letters.

Assist in calculating overtime hours.
