About the Company:

Our client is a well-established chemical manufacturer specializing in industrial adhesives and specialty chemicals. With decades of experience and an ISO-certified facility in Tuas, they are trusted for their consistent quality, innovation, and technical expertise. Their products serve a wide range of industries including electronics, construction, and automotive.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and formulate adhesive products and specialty chemicals.
  • Conduct product testing, analysis, and inspections.
  • Prepare samples and maintain product documentation.
  • Support Sales team with technical knowledge and product insights.
  • Calibrate and maintain lab equipment.
  • Maintain documentation aligned with ISO standards.
  • Perform any other duties as assigned.

Job Requirements:

  • Degree in Chemistry or Chemical Engineering.
  • At least 1 year of relevant experience; manufacturing environment preferred.
  • Background in adhesive, paint, or chemical industry will be an added advantage.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
