About the role
Join the team at Wine Trade Asia Pte Ltd as a Retail Assistant. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients, ensuring they have a seamless and enjoyable shopping experience.
What you'll be doing
- Assist customers with product selection, answering inquiries, and processing sales transactions
- Maintain a tidy and well-stocked retail environment
- Process customer orders and coordinate deliveries
- Collaborate with the team to implement merchandising and promotional activities
- Provide feedback and suggestions to improve customer service and store operations
