Job Description:

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Retail Assistant to join our team in our Chinese collectibles and retail store in Chinatown. As a Retail Assistant, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, managing stock, and maintaining a visually appealing store environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist customers with purchases and provide product information

  • Manage stock levels and maintain store displays

  • Process transactions and handle customer complaints

  • Maintain a clean and organized store environment

  • Collaborate with the team to achieve sales targets
