What you'll be doing

  • Delivering exceptional customer service by assisting customers with product selection, providing recommendations, and resolving queries
  • Maintaining a well-organised and visually appealing store environment by replenishing stock, keeping displays tidy, and ensuring product availability
  • Processing sales transactions accurately and efficiently, handling cash and electronic payments
  • Providing input and support for merchandising, promotional, and marketing initiatives
  • Contributing to the overall success of the store by achieving sales targets and key performance indicators
  • Adhering to company policies, procedures, and safety guidelines

What we're looking for

  • Proven experience in a customer-facing retail role, with a demonstrated ability to provide excellent service
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with customers and team members
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Enthusiasm, flexibility, and a willingness to learn and grow within the role
  • Familiarity with retail operations, inventory management, and point-of-sale systems
