We're seeking an experienced Platform Engineer/Lead to join our clients team. As a Platform Engineer/Lead, you will design, develop, and maintain scalable and secure platforms to support our clients business operations. You will lead the development of platform-level solutions, ensuring high availability, performance, and reliability.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Platform Architecture: Design and architect scalable and secure platforms to support business operations.
  2. Platform Development: Lead the development of platform-level solutions, ensuring high availability, performance, and reliability.
  3. Cloud Infrastructure: Manage and optimize cloud infrastructure (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) for scalability and cost-effectiveness.
  4. Containerization: Implement and manage containerization technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes) for efficient deployment and management.
  5. Security and Compliance: Ensure platform security and compliance with industry standards and regulations.
  6. Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to integrate platforms with business applications.
  7. Technical Leadership: Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers.
Requirements: Technical Skills:
  1. Programming: Proficiency in languages such as Java, Python, or C++.
  2. Cloud Platforms: Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
  3. Containerization: Experience with containerization technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).
  4. Orchestration: Experience with orchestration tools (e.g., Ansible, Terraform).
  5. Security: Knowledge of security best practices and compliance regulations.
Soft Skills:
