Job Title: IT Platform Lead

We are seeking a dynamic and hands-on IT Professional to lead the development, integration, and optimization of software platforms supporting retail, e-commerce, and supply chain operations.

The ideal candidate brings a solid foundation in enterprise systems and programming, coupled with proven leadership experience in managing a software engineering team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the implementation, enhancement, and support of business-critical systems, including Point of Sale (POS), ERP, CRM, and WMS platforms
  • Lead and mentor a team of software engineers and business analysts to deliver high-quality, scalable solutions
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define system requirements and translate them into technical specifications
  • Manage end-to-end delivery of web applications and internal integration solutions that streamline business operations and enhance system interoperability
  • Ensure system integrations, data consistency, and security across platforms
  • Maintain a hands-on role in programming, particularly in Python, and perform regular code reviews
  • Ensure technical documentation, best practices, and change management processes are adhered to
  • Monitor emerging technologies and propose strategic system improvements
