Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced leader to oversee the development and implementation of a cutting-edge technology platform. This platform will serve as the foundation for our mobile gaming ecosystem and loyalty infrastructure.

The successful candidate will be responsible for defining and evolving the product vision, leading a team of product managers, and ensuring the platform continues to scale with the needs of our growing portfolio of games and partners.

This is a high-impact role that requires someone who can balance strategic thinking with day-to-day execution.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Product Strategy & Vision: Define and champion the strategic direction of the platform, ensuring alignment with our overall business goals.
  • Drive platform innovation across key areas including mobile game development support, loyalty program integration, marketing tools, data analytics, and web technologies.
Requirements:
  • Leadership Experience: Proven experience in leading platform or B2B2C product teams, ideally in gaming, SaaS, or loyalty ecosystems.
  • Technical Expertise: Deep understanding of technical products, APIs, SDKs, and systems integration.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills with experience using data to inform decisions.
  • Communication & Leadership: Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to influence across all levels of the organization.
  • Mentorship: Experience managing and mentoring product managers in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
