Job Title: Full Time - Desktop Support Engineer

Experience Required: 5 Years

Support Days Schedule: Mon to Fri (Normal BH)

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Desktop Support Engineer with 5 years of hands-on experience in end-user support, asset management, endpoint tools, and mobile device management. This role will be responsible for providing day-to-day technical support with a focus on excellent customer service, especially for VIP users. The ideal candidate will have solid knowledge of hardware and software troubleshooting, be proficient in Microsoft and endpoint management tools, and have experience managing multiple support locations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical support to end-users, including VIPs, both remotely and on-site.

  • Troubleshoot and resolve hardware issues for laptops, desktops, printers, and mobile devices.

  • Perform system imaging, configuration, and deployment.

  • Set up and support video conferences and live events (Zoom VC).

  • Provide comprehensive support for Office365 and MS Office applications.

  • Manage mobile devices using tools like Microsoft Intune.

  • Maintain and track IT assets and inventories.

  • Patch network cables and support basic network troubleshooting.

  • Support lab and production PC environments.

  • Coordinate with third-party vendors for hardware repairs and service escalations.

  • Use ServiceNow for incident and asset management.

  • Ensure endpoint security compliance and manage endpoint tools effectively.

  • Oversee and coordinate IT operations across multiple sites near Singapore.
