  • Oversee, coordinate and provide pro-active marketing and communications support for Copthorne King's Hotel under their care and maintain brand consistency.
  • Create and execute a strategic and comprehensive advertising, public relations and media planning schedule and blueprint, as well as creative/visuals
  • Provide strategic content creation, campaigns and conceptualization for Facebook and Instagram
  • Manage advertising and promotion budget
  • Assist with the content for both desktop and mobile platforms , making sure it is updated with current content in both English and Mandarin languages
  • Develop, monitor, and adjust strategic content for channel marketing to drive channel loyalty and business performance and provide critical analysis of strategies, room's statistics and demand factors
  • Maintain distribution channel data integrity like photos, videos, verbiage
  • Provide production support to develop ATL/BTL collaterals where needed for the brands' integrated marketing activities.
  • Provide guidance to the Design teams on staying aligned with the most updated brand guidelines and legal requirements
  • Plan and execute press releases, press conferences, press briefings, press tours, and overall press and public relations activities
  • Communicate/negotiate with vendors and other external third parties as required, as well as property teams and internal stakeholders
  • Plan and execute Events as required, with the support of the wider Marketing team
  • Work together with Sales and Revenue teams to put together F&B promotions and events for the various outlets on property
  • Maintain the archive system of stock imagery and video files
  • Manage the administrative tasks associated with Marketing plans and activities
  • Monitor the marketing budget of the Company and ensure the effective use of all marketing funds.
  • Generate monthly reports to track hotel marketing activities
  • To carry out any other duties and responsibilities as assigned
