About the role
Inova Collective Pte Ltd (Sintered Stone supplier) is seeking an experienced and dynamic Admin Cum Receptionist to join our team. In this full-time position, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive administrative and reception support to ensure the smooth running of our operations in our Bukit Merah Central Region office.
What you'll be doing
- Greeting and welcoming visitors, clients and colleagues in a professional and courteous manner
- Handling incoming calls, emails and correspondence, and directing enquiries to the appropriate personnel
- Maintaining and updating electronic and physical filing systems, records and databases
- Arranging and coordinating meetings, including scheduling, sending invitations and preparing agendas and meeting minutes
- Providing general administrative support, such as organising the office space, and assisting with ad-hoc tasks as required
- Contributing to the overall efficiency and effectiveness of the office environment
- You will be entitled for sales commission if you are able to close any sales.
What we're looking for
- At least 2 years of experiences in a similar industry and administrative or receptionist role.
- Experience in the sintered stone industry will be an added advantage.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a professional and customer-service oriented approach
- Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks and work efficiently
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other office productivity tools
- Adaptable and able to work well in a team, as well as independently
- A positive attitude and a keen attention to detail
