**Position: Receptionist**:

- Working Hours: 5 days’ work week (retail shift hours)
- Location: Bukit Timah
- Salary: $1,800 - $2,300

**Responsibilities**:

- Station at the Mall Information Counter
- Promptly attend to queries from shopping mall tenants and mall customers
- Provide directions and guides to mall patrons
- Make announcements using the PA system as and when necessary
- Provide support for marketing campaigns, lucky draws, and promotions
- Assist with vouchers redemption
- Attend to incoming calls, including call screening and directing and message taking
- Arrange courier service
- Sort outgoing and incoming mails
- General office administration

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 1 year relevant experience as a receptionist duties
- Possess good telephone etiquette
- Excellent communication skills
- Computer literate
- People-oriented
- Well organized
