Operations Admin Assistant

Job Responsibilities
- Maintain and update safety records, reports, and documentation in accordance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
- Support the preparation and submission of safety reports, incident logs, risk assessments, and audit findings.
- Monitor and track safety certificates, permits, and licenses to ensure timely renewal or submission.
- Liaise with internal departments and external agencies on safety-related matters.
- Assist in the implementation of workplace safety and health (WSH) policies and initiatives.
- Follow up on corrective actions resulting from safety audits or inspections.
- Handle administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, scheduling, and documentation management.
- Support incident investigation procedures by providing required documentation and coordinating reports.
- Assist in the onboarding of new hires with safety induction and documentation requirements.
Job Requirements
- Diploma/ Degree in Business Administration, Safety Management, or related discipline.
- At least 1–2 years of experience in administrative support, preferably in a safety or operations environment.
- Familiarity with WSH regulations and safety documentation is an advantage.
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Strong attention to detail, organizational, and communication skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
- Team player with a proactive and responsible attitude.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal skills and strong problem-solving skills
