Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position in Singapore for a Video Producer and Chinese Content Creator. Responsibilities include video production, motion graphics, multimedia creation, editing, and post-production.

Qualifications

  • Skills in video production and editing
  • Proficiency in motion graphics and multimedia
  • Experience in video post-production
  • Ability to create Chinese content
  • Knowledge of marketing and event management
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Teamwork ability
  • Degree in Film Production, Multimedia Design, or related field

Responsibilities

  • Create, shoot, and edit short videos for TikTok and Xiaohongshu
  • Develop engaging visual content aligned with brand and trending topics
  • Enhance videos with effects, subtitles, sound, and other techniques
  • Plan and write Xiaohongshu posts and WeChat articles
  • Craft scripts, captions, and descriptions optimized for engagement and SEO
  • Stay updated on platform trends and strategize content for audience reach
  • Collaborate with marketing team to align content with campaigns
  • Coordinate with hosts, photographers, and designers for content quality
  • Analyze video performance and refine strategies

Additional Qualifications

  • Proficiency in editing software (Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, CapCut)
  • Strong Chinese writing skills for Xiaohongshu and WeChat
  • Deep understanding of TikTok and Xiaohongshu trends and algorithms
  • Creative and execution-oriented mindset
  • Strong communication and coordination skills
  • Fluent in Chinese; English skills are a plus
