Job Summary:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive individual to support daily operations through both administrative and site-related tasks. The role involves ensuring workplace safety compliance, managing team requirements, and assisting with office coordination to keep projects running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct and coordinate safety training sessions for staff to ensure compliance with company and regulatory standards.
  • Manage and collect timesheets from team members for payroll and project tracking.
  • Handle the procurement of PPE, tools, and equipment, ensuring timely distribution among the team.
  • Support inventory control by tracking and replenishing safety gear and tools.
  • Perform general administrative and office duties such as filing, documentation, scheduling, and reporting as required by the company.
  • Assist in coordination between site and office teams to ensure smooth communication and workflow.
  • Contribute to maintaining a safe, efficient, and well-organized working environment for all team members.
  • Engineering - Building - Shipping equipment handling and knowledge is required

Requirements:

  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Basic knowledge of safety practices and compliance requirements. Engineering environment
  • Ability to manage procurement and resource distribution efficiently.
  • Good communication skills to liaise with both site teams and office staff.
  • Proficiency in basic office software (MS Office, spreadsheets, email).
