About the role

At Finexis Advisory, NPLO Advisory Group, we are a dynamic team of financial consultants who believe in growth, excellence, and service. We are expanding and looking for a Team Executive to provide essential support to our consultants and management team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys flexibility in working arrangements, being organised, proactive, and creative — with opportunities to contribute in administration, marketing, and team culture.

What you'll be doing

  1. Provide administrative and operational support to the team
  2. Assist in scheduling, preparing training materials, and coordinating team events
  3. Manage client documentation, filing, and compliance requirements
  4. Support recruitment activities (job postings, interview coordination, candidate tracking)
  5. Create and manage content for social media platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok etc.)
  6. Assist in marketing initiatives such as campaign planning, e-newsletters, and promotional materials
  7. Coordinate and execute team events (training, bonding sessions, outreach activities)
  8. Any other ad-hoc duties

What we're looking for

  1. Diploma or higher preferred (fresh graduates welcome)
  2. Good communication and interpersonal skills
  3. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); knowledge of Canva. Photoshop is a plus.
  4. Organised, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks independently
  5. Creative flair for social media and marketing will be an advantage
  6. Positive, proactive attitude and willingness to learn
  7. Experience in financial services, marketing, or administrative roles is a bonus
