1.     Project Intake & Candidate Identification· Gatherproject requirements from Project Managers (PMs), including job scope,duration, location, budget, and skill sets.· Prioritizeinternal employees and ICAs for redeployment using the Resource AllocationExcel and PSC CV database.· Sourceexternal candidates via:o    Internalresume databases and passive candidate listso    Jobportals (LinkedIn Recruiter, Jobstreet, Indeed, Career Future, Jobsbank, CareerSite)o    Referralsand advertisements     2. CandidateScreening & Evaluation· Conductphone and email pre -screening to assess:o    Relevantexperience and technical fito    Interestin consultancy roles and contract worko    Compensationexpectations and availability· Compilescreening notes and assessments for PM review.· Maintainand update passive candidate lists and interview trackers.  3. InterviewCoordination & Offer Process· Arrangeclient interviews and provide candidates with:o    Interviewschedule, location, and panel detailso    Jobdescriptions and interview tips· Facilitateoffer process for selected candidates (Perm/ICA) in coordination with HROperations.· PreparePSC CVs and advise PMs on bill rates and work pass requirements.  4. Database &Document Management· Maintainorganized CV folders in OneDrive for:o    Currentpermanent staffo    CurrentICAso    Potentialcandidates· UpdateResource Allocation Excel with changes in project assignments, new hires, andresignations.· Archiveand refresh weekly recruitment documents and meeting minutes.  5. RecruitmentReporting & Communication· Prepareand send Weekly Recruitment Meeting Minutes to leadership.· Participatein weekly recruitment meetings to discuss:o    Pendingsubmissionso    Upcomingprojectso    Resourceavailability Benefits· Bachelor'sdegree in Human Resources, Business, or related field· 2+years of recruitment experience, preferably in life sciences or consulting· Familiaritywith Singapore employment practices and work pass requirements· Proficientin Microsoft 365, LinkedIn Recruiter, Jobstreet, and resume database management· Strongcommunication, organizational, and multitasking skills· Detail -orientedwith a proactive approach to candidate engagement and documentation
