Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop creative ideas and write scripts for engaging social media content
  • Plan, create, and manage content across all social media platforms (e.g., Instagram, TikTok, 小红书, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, WeChat)
  • Implement strategies using Google AdWords, SEO, and SEM
  • Coordinate out-of-home (OOH) advertising, including bus ads, newspapers, and outdoor banners in malls
  • Record, edit, and produce video content to enhance brand visibility and engagement
  • Schedule posts, monitor social media activity, and engage with followers to grow online presence
  • Craft compelling copy for social media posts and website content
  • Write 2-3 blogs weekly for the website and create new product pages
  • Assist in planning and executing digital marketing campaigns, from concept to launch
  • Track campaign performance, analyze results, and provide recommendations for optimization
  • Conduct research on industry trends, competitor activities, and target audience behavior to inform strategy
  • Analyze social media metrics and other data to optimize content and identify growth opportunities
  • Prepare regular reports on social media performance and campaign ROI
  • Ensure consistent brand messaging across all marketing channels
  • Assist in designing visual content for social media, ads, email marketing, and website updates
  • Use tools like Canva, Illustrator, and Photoshop to create visually appealing graphics
  • Assist in promoting camps, workshops, and other offerings through digital channels
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth marketing and operational execution

Requirements:

  • Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
  • Proven experience in social media management and digital marketing
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in video editing (CapCut and/or Premiere Pro) and basic design tools (Canva, Illustrator, Photoshop)
  • Strong analytical skills and experience with social media metrics and tools (e.g., Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics)
  • Creative thinking with attention to detail and a results-driven mindset
  • Excellent organizational and project management skills
  • Ability to work independently
