**Digital Marketing Executive**:
**Responsibilities**
Graphic Design:

- Produce visually captivating designs for a diverse range of marketing collateral, encompassing digital ads, social media graphics, brochures, presentations, infographics, and more.
- Establish and uphold a uniform brand identity across all design elements.
- Work collaboratively with the marketing team to translate marketing strategies into visually appealing materials that resonate with the target audience.

Content Creation:

- Formulate engaging and compelling content aligned with the brand's messaging and marketing objectives.
- Generate original ideas for both visual and written content suitable for various channels.

Digital Marketing:

- Formulate and execute creative marketing campaigns to effectively showcase our programmes/services.
- Oversee and optimize digital advertising initiatives, including social media campaigns and online ad placements.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics to continually enhance marketing strategies.
- Regularly post on social media platforms like Facebook, LinkedIn, and/or other identified channels.

Multimedia Production:

- Develop multimedia content, including videos and animations, to augment marketing campaigns and promotional materials.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, Communication, or a related field. A combination of education and relevant work experience will also be considered.
- Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) or equivalent tools.
- Solid understanding of marketing principles and strategies.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience in digital marketing, including social media management and online advertising.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Creativity and a strong eye for design aesthetics.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work.
- Portfolio showcasing a diverse range of design projects and marketing campaigns.
- Flexibility in working hours due to come out-of-hours events, eg. Open House, Information evenings, road shows, etc.
