The Client Service Associate (CSA) in HealthConnexion Medical Clinic (HCNX) will be responsible for the general patient reception duties and assist the clinic manager administrative functions where required. The CSA will also ensure quality

Job Description:

  • To answer phone/email/Whatsapp enquiries and schedule appointments in an appropriate manner.
  • To provide necessary information to guide patients in order to secure health screening appointments or other HCNX services.
  • Make necessary preparations prior to patients' arrival such as retrieval of patients' old records and preparation of the necessary forms.
  • Ensure accurate, timely patient registration as per standing instructions in a service oriented manner.
  • Perform financial counseling or explaining of charges to patients prior to screening/tests, and ensure accurate and complete collection of payment.
  • Perform monthly procurement of non-clinical supplies.
  • Any other ad-hoc tasks assigned by the clinic manager.

Job Requirements:

  • 5.5 day work week
  • Preferably diploma in any discipline.
  • Pleasant disposition with passion for service excellence.
  • Meticulous and analytical team player with good interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Preferable at least one year experience in a healthcare or clinic setting.
  • Good command of spoken and written English. Candidate who can speak a second language will be an added advantage.
