Project Planning & Scheduling

  • Assist in developing project feasibility study, timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
  • Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and internal teams to align schedules.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects at a time inclusive of problem solving in event of challenges.
  • Assist in new project tender.

Documentation & Compliance

  • Prepare and maintain project documentation, including contracts, permits, and progress reports.
  • Ensure compliance with Singapore's building regulations and safety standards.

Budget & Procurement Support

  • Monitor project budgets and track expenses.
  • Assist in sourcing and procuring materials, liaising with vendors for quotations and delivery timelines.

Stakeholder Coordination

  • Act as the central point of contact between project managers, architects, engineers, and clients.
  • Organise and facilitate project meetings, prepare agendas, and distribute minutes.

Site Coordination

  • Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and quality.
  • Identify potential issues and escalate to the Project Manager for resolution.
  • Attend site meetings and attend to project related issues.

Reporting

  • Prepare weekly and monthly progress reports for management and stakeholders.
  • Track KPIs such as cost variance, schedule adherence, and quality metrics.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Diploma/Degree in Building & Construction, Civil Engineering, Real Estate, or related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience as a Project Coordinator or in a similar role within the real estate or property development industry.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, project management tools (e.g., MS Project), and AutoCAD is an advantage.
  • Strong organisational and communication skills.
  • Architectural background and with knowledge of Singapore's BCA regulations and safety requirements.
  • Ability to work well in a team and adapt to changing project requirements.
