About the role

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Project Coordinator/Horticulturist to join the team at SOON SIN CONTRACTS PTE LTD. This full-time position is based in the North-Eastern Islands North-East Region.

What you'll be doing

  • Coordinating and overseeing horticulture projects from inception to completion
  • Plan and prepare work schedules and reports
  • Manage meetings with officers and clients on requirements
  • Coordination with senior managers, Admin and HR for all Operations related matters.
  • Supervising and guiding a team of horticulture professionals
  • Ensuring projects comply with relevant regulations and safety standards
  • Plan and prepare work schedules and reports

What we're looking for

  • Relevant qualifications in horticulture or other related fields with minimum of 1 yr experience in landscaping industries
  • Required Skill (s): Microsoft Office and Excel
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
  • Proficient in project management software and tools
  • Adaptable and able to work well within a team
  • Prefer candidates with horticulture or arborist knowledge
  • Entry level candidates with the relevant Polytechnic, WSQ Diploma/ Degree are welcomed
  • Hold a Singapore Driving License
