Job Description

About the RoleWe are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented intern to support our marketing and administrative functions. This internship provides hands-on exposure to a wide range of business operations, from research and data analysis to marketing execution and office administration. The ideal candidate is proactive, organized, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct data mining and online research to support marketing and business development initiatives.
  • Assist in preparing marketing materials, presentations, and reports.
  • Support administrative functions including document management, scheduling, and record-keeping.
  • Help manage and update company databases, website content, and communications.
  • Provide general support to Directors and other team members in executing ongoing projects.
  • Undertake such other tasks or duties as may be reasonably assigned by the Directors.

Requirements

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and internet research; familiarity with Canva, Excel, or CRM tools is a plus.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and handle multiple assignments simultaneously.
  • Positive attitude, integrity, and a willingness to learn.
