As an in-house Events Intern, you will have the unique opportunity to immerse yourself in the exciting world of event planning and execution. Under the guidance of our experienced team, you will contribute to the planning, coordination, and execution of various events. This hands-on role will allow you to gain invaluable experience in all aspects of event management, from logistics and vendor coordination to on-site execution and client interaction.

JOB SCOPE:

- Assist with event planning and logistics, including answering enquiries, catering, entertainment, and décor
- Communicate with kitchen, drivers and other stakeholders to ensure smooth coordination and execution of events
- Prepare event materials such as menu, signage, and name badges
- Assist with on-site event management, including set-up and troubleshooting
- Provide excellent customer service to clients and guests, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded
- Contribute creative ideas and solutions to enhance the overall event experience

**Job Types**: Temporary, Internship, Freelance, Student job
Contract length: 3 months

**Salary**: $750.00 - $950.00 per month
