**Internship Overview**: Are you a creative and strategic thinker with a passion for media, brand development, and business growth? Join our team as a Strategic Media and Brand Development Intern, where you will play a crucial role in driving our brand forward through innovative marketing strategies and business development.

**Responsibilities**: As a Strategic Media and Brand Development Intern, you will play an important role in our team. Your key responsibilities include:
1. Creative Media Planning:

- Contribute to the development of strategic media plans to enhance brand visibility and engagement.
- Utilize your creative skills to craft compelling content for various media channels.

2. Brand Development:

- Work closely with the marketing and operations team to contribute to the ongoing development of our brand identity.
- Implement strategies to strengthen brand awareness and affinity among our target audience.

3. Customer Service Excellence:

- Handle customer inquiries with professionalism and creativity, ensuring a positive and engaging customer experience.
- Build first-hand understanding of customer behaviour and mindset in order to further brand development
- Use your strategic mindset to understand customer needs and tailor communication accordingly.

4. Administrative Support:

- Provide administrative assistance to ensure smooth workflow within the marketing and business development departments.

5. Business Development Collaboration:

- Collaborate with the business development team to identify growth opportunities and contribute to expanding our client base.
- Attend meetings and actively participate in discussions to align media and brand strategies with overarching business goals.

**Requirements**:To thrive in this role, you should possess:

- Excellent communication skills to effectively engage with customers and team members
- Basic computer/administrative skills (Microsoft Word, Excel, Google Docs)
- Strong team-player mindset, contributing positively to the overall team dynamics
- Willingness to learn and adapt to the dynamic nature of our industry

Work Schedule: 5 Days work week ( 4 Weekdays + 1 weekend) 9am-645pm or 1015am-8pm

**Job Type**: Internship
Contract length: 6 months

Pay: $1,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Shift system
- Weekend availability

Work Location: In person
