What You'll Be Up To:

  • Be part of our growing digital marketing agency, where creativity drives growth and every idea contributes to our journey.
  • This is a hybrid role — work from home most days, with on-site shoots and team meets when needed.
  • Dream up and pitch creative content ideas for TikTok, Instagram, Facebook and 小红书 (Red Note) — don't worry if you're not a pro on every platform, we'll learn and grow together.
  • Plan, schedule, and slay the content calendar
  • Snap photos and shoot basic videos for content when needed — you don't need to be a pro, but a good eye for visuals is key)
  • Team up with our photographer and videographer during bigger shoots to bring campaigns to life
  • Create simple but awesome visuals and captions (using tools like Canva, Capcut, etc.)
  • Track, measure, and report on how our content is performing (because numbers tell stories too)

You Might Be Our Perfect Fit If You:

  • Hold a Diploma in Business, Marketing, Media, Communications, or a related field preferred.
  • Have strong writing and communication skills
  • Are organised and detail-obsessed (drop a in your application to prove it)
  • Know your way around social media management tools (Meta Business Suite, Later, etc.)
  • Can whip up simple videos and visuals using Capcut, Adobe Premiere Pro, Canva, or similar tools
