About the Role
The Sales Executive is accountable for achieving leasing revenue growth through new business acquisition and effective relationship management of existing customers. The role requires a structured, target-driven approach to sales, with an emphasis on long-term contract development, customer retention, and the delivery of high service standards in alignment with company objectives .
What you'll do
- Achieve agreed leasing revenue targets on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.
- Identify and secure new corporate and individual leasing opportunities.
- Develop proposals, negotiate, and close leasing agreements in accordance with company policies.
- Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing customers to secure renewals, upsell solutions, and enhance customer retention.
- Conduct regular account reviews and act as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts.
- Develop and maintain a structured sales pipeline through prospecting, networking, and referrals.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and provide insights to inform sales strategy.
- Maintain accurate sales records and provide timely forecasts and performance reports.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and ethical standards.
What we're looking for
- Proven sales experience, ideally in car leasing
- Strong track record of achieving and exceeding revenue targets.
- Excellent relationship-building and account management skills.
- Confident communicator with strong presentation and negotiation abilities.
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and comfortable working in a competitive market.
- Knowledge of the Singapore automotive and leasing market is an advantage.
