Customer & Operations Executive

Responsibilities:

  • Handle incoming customer inquiries for different brands (via website, email, WhatsApp, etc).
  • Prepare accurate and timely quotations using our in-house calculator & templates
  • Planning and scheduling of deliveries
  • Communicate with customers, production, and design teams to ensure smooth and timely completion of print jobs while maximising efficiency
  • Assist with resource planning and project prioritisation across different departments.
  • Support other departments with ad-hoc tasks when required

Requirements:

  • Comfortable working with numbers, especially in calculating costs and quotations.
  • Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks.
  • Comfortable handling sales, customer service, and administrative work.
  • Demonstrates strong independence and accountability.
  • Patient and level-headed, even with difficult customers.
  • Willing to learn new skills, processes, and software.
  • Proficiency in both English is required.
  • Proficiency in Mandarin is a bonus.
  • Prior experience in printing industry OR knowledge of printing materials/processes will be a strong plus

  • Working Hours: Monday to Friday 8.30AM-6.30PM
  • Working Location: Bukit Batok, Singapore
