Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor regulatory and IT governance changes and advise stakeholders on impacts.
  • Ensure adherence to applicable laws, policies, and technology-related regulations.
  • Provide clear, practical compliance guidance during daily business and IT operations.
  • Identify and manage regulatory risks, including timely incident reporting.
  • Support decision-making by assessing compliance and operational risks.
  • Develop and maintain compliance policies, standards, and procedures.
  • Execute compliance testing, assurance activities, and reporting.
  • Conduct training to strengthen compliance awareness.
  • Handle regulatory inquiries and escalate key matters to management when required.
Requirements
  • Degree in IT, Information Security, Computer Science, or related fields, with at least 5 years of relevant IT compliance experience in a regulated environment.
  • Compliance experience from a financial institution or regulated financial environment is highly regarded.
  • Strong analytical skills and high attention to detail.
  • Able to manage multiple tasks and solve problems effectively.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work well with cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent writing and documentation skills.
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently.
