As an EHS Intern, you will support, develop, and maintain workplace safety and health management systems to ensure compliance with regulatory standards and company policies. You will assist in identifying potential hazards, conducting risk assessments, and promoting a strong safety culture across the organization. This role offers hands-on experience in implementing EHS programs, tracking safety performance metrics, and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives.

What you will do
  • Assist with EHS documentation, data management, and reporting by maintaining records, supporting app development, and handling administrative tasks related to safety metrics and incidents
  • Support the planning and delivery of safety training sessions and risk assessments by developing materials, conducting presentations, and assisting with job hazard analyses and ergonomic evaluations
  • Assist in developing and implementing emergency response plans and drills, and support accident investigations by identifying root causes and recommending corrective actions
  • Assist with safety inspections and audits, communicate safety information across the organization, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to address EHS concerns and ensure regulatory compliance
  • Promote a positive safety culture by encouraging safe work practices and supporting compliance with environmental, health, and safety regulations.
What you bring
  • Master's degree in Electrical & Electronic Engineering, Materials Science, or Environmental, Health, and Safety
  • Skilled in Microsoft Office, PowerPoint, Power Apps, Power Platform, and related tools
  • Demonstrates a positive and proactive attitude
  • Strong ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
  • Eager to learn and engage collaboratively with others.
