**About the role**:
Learning Opportunities:

- Safety Management System and implementation in a plant and MNC setting environment.
- EHS knowledge in relation to Occupational Safety, Fire Safety, Health & Environmental aspects.
- Exposure to skills improvement relating to problem solving, communicating, leadership, critical thinking, teamwork, emotional intelligence, etc.
- Participating in various audits and inspection.
- Liaison with various authority and license management.

**Your responsibilities**:

- Effectively communicate and administer EHS policies/standards and ensure that balance is maintained between compliance requirements, business risks and customer expectations.
- Establish work plans to resolve identified gaps arises from internal standards, SOP, audits, Investigation and inspections.
- Establish EHS continuous improvement plans through a thorough data analysis, research and industry best practices. Introduce and utilize EHS continuous improvement tools to achieve objectives.
- Build and maintain effective relationships with peers, stakeholder, management team, and external agencies and leverage those relationships to the advantage of EHS and business needs.
- Work effectively and productively in teams with the capacity and personal accountability necessary to achieve expected results. Represent and provide EHS guidance in site projects and business discussions.
- Stay abreast with company activities to maintain an exemplary record with respect to EHS compliance and program expectations.
- Lead & organize site wide EHS promotional activities / event.

**The experience we're looking for**:
Pursuing Diploma or technical degree in engineering or EHS preferred.

**The skills for success**:
Relationship Management, Business Accumen, Improve business processes, Logistics Management, Supply Chain Planning, Procurement.
