This position offers meaningful opportunities to strengthen and advance your career while contributing to spaces that inspire productivity and wellbeing.What your day-to-day will look like:• Coordinate and oversee daily facilities operations including maintenance requests, space planning, and vendor management activities • Serve as primary liaison between tenants, building management, and service providers to ensure exceptional customer service delivery • Monitor and maintain facilities management systems, tracking work orders, preventive maintenance schedules, and compliance requirements • Support space utilization projects and workplace optimization initiatives that enhance employee experience and operational efficiency • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement sustainability programs and cost-effective operational improvements • Prepare detailed reports and documentation for facilities performance metrics, budget tracking, and regulatory compliance • Respond to emergency situations and coordinate appropriate resources to minimize business disruptionProcurement & Vendor ManagementAssist in the management of all contractors on-site to ensure they perform to the required standards (including inspection of vendors' works)Assist in the procurement of vendors and services as requiredFinance ManagementAssist in financial processes to ensure that all financial management requirements are completed in a timely and accurate mannerEnsure prompt and accurate management of purchase orders in JDEHealth & Safety ManagementConduct regular audits to ensure safety procedures on-site are in place and workingAssist in carrying out safety procedures when neededRisk ManagementAssist in the implementation and management of property risk management programSupport the implementation and monitoring of disaster recovery and business continuity plansFollow established escalation procedures and incident reporting proceduresAdhere to JLL's business conduct by ensuring compliance with the firm's guidelines, procedures and strategiesAchieve Key Performance Indicators and Service Level Agreement targetsRequired Qualifications:• Bachelor's degree in Facilities Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or related field • 2-3 years of experience in facilities management, property management, or related operations role • Strong proficiency in facilities management software systems (CAFM/CMMS) and Microsoft Office Suite • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with ability to manage multiple stakeholder relationships • Knowledge of building systems, safety regulations, and compliance requirements (OSHA, ADA, local codes) • Demonstrated problem-solving abilities and capacity to work effectively under pressure • Ability to travel between multiple facility locations as neededPreferred Qualifications:• Professional certification in facilities management (CFM, FMP, or similar credential) • Experience with sustainability programs, LEED principles, or energy management initiatives • Background in vendor management, contract administration, or procurement processes • Familiarity with IoT technologies and smart building systems integration • Previous experience in commercial real estate or corporate facilities environment • Project management experience with ability to coordinate multiple initiatives simultaneously • Bilingual capabilities to support diverse tenant and vendor communitiesLocation: On-site –SingaporeJob Tags:HiringIf this job description resonates with you, we encourage you to apply, even if you don't meet all the requirements.  We're interested in getting to know you and what you bring to the tableAt JLL, we harness the power of artificial intelligence (AI) to efficiently accelerate meaningful connections between candidates and opportunities.
