We have an exciting opportunity for you to join our team as Manager, Relationship Management, Global Incorporations based in our Vistra, Singapore office.

Key responsibilities:


• Act as an ambassador and main point of contact for clients


• Make cold calls to potential clients to sell offshore companies and related professional services


• Be an account manager and upsell the Group's services to the existing client base


• Assist clients in setting up companies in different offshore jurisdictions


• Day-to-day pre- and post-incorporation of companies


• Work with professional intermediary firms like lawyers, bankers, and CPAs


• Ensure corporate regulatory and KYC compliance


• Other ad-hoc work duties as assigned

Key requirements:


• University or Polytechnic Graduates from Business Administration or Mass Communications, or a relevant discipline


• 4 – 6 years of relevant work experience (On-the-job training will be provided)


• Client service and engagement experience


• Proficiency in Microsoft Office


• Eloquent communication skills


• Good to have: Use of Salesforce and Viewpoint


• High professional integrity


• Positive attitude, team player


• Willing to learn and able to work independently


• Strong team player
