
Corporate Secretarial Senior Associate/ Assistant Manager

Responsibilities:
- Manage a portfolio of multiple corporate secretarial clients.
- Ensure adherence to corporate governance and legal requirements of ACRA.
- Manage and update statutory records as per Singapore Companies Act.
- Coordinate and organise AGMs/EGMs.
- Prepare resolutions, minutes of meetings and ancillary documents.
- Liaising and coordinating with external service providers on statutory and compliance filings.
- Assist with incorporation of new companies and registration of foreign companies.
- Perform any other secretarial duties and support as and when assigned.
Requirements:
- Degree in accounting, business management or relevant legal professional / company secretarial certification.
- At least 2 years of relevant working experience.
- Good understanding of Singapore Companies Act.
- A team player with positive work attitude and able to work independently.
- Ability to take challenges and meet tight deadlines.
- Good interpersonal skills, meticulous and strong MS Office skills.
