Central Singapore The People Lab Pte Ltd Full time $24,000 - $30,000 per year

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct professional scalp and hair analysis for customers which includes administering comprehensive hair treatment services, washing, massaging, applying treatment products, and blow-drying.
  • Provide personalized recommendations for hair care products and packages to customers.
  • Update customers' detailed information and treatment progress including following up with customers on the effectiveness of the hair treatments.
  • Introduce customers to new promotions and membership programs at the Centre.
  • Ensure the provision of all services and consultations according to customers' needs
  • Track customers' daily appointments, manage schedules, and prepare for upcoming appointments.
  • Maintain the Centre's equipment, hygiene, and professional standards.
  • Responsible for replenishing the Centre's inventory and keeping accurate records of incoming and outgoing goods.
  • Responsible for performing all cashiering related duties and ensuring that all cashiering activities run smoothly and accurately.
  • Collaborate with the marketing department in activities such as filming, live streaming, online, and offline promotional events.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in hair salon, hair care or related industry
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Customer service-oriented with the ability to build great customer relationships
  • Able to communicate in Chinese is preferred due to Chinese speaking customers

  • With allowances
  • Commission for sales personnel
