Position Summary: We are seeking passionate and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Hair & Scalp Wellness Consultants or Sales Supervisors. In this role, you will: Conduct personalized consultations to assess clients' hair and scalp conditions. Recommend suitable treatment plans and products from our in-house organic range. Manage client relationships, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. Achieve sales targets and contribute to outlet performance. Lead and mentor junior staff (for supervisory roles). Key Responsibilities: Provide expert advice on hair and scalp care using Bio Organicare's methodologies. Demonstrate and sell our range of organic products and scalp treatments. Maintain a clean and welcoming environment in the outlet. Stay updated on the latest hair care trends and product knowledge. Handle administrative tasks such as appointment scheduling and inventory management. Requirements: Minimum of 1 year experience in sales, customer service, or the beauty/wellness industry. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Passion for natural and organic beauty solutions. Ability to work retail hours, including weekends and public holidays.
