Job Description:

  • Provide excellent service with strong product knowledge; upsell and build customer loyalty to achieve sales.
  • Keep store organized and visually appealing; support stock flow and daily ops.
  • Lead and coach team to meet goals; work cross-functionally on store priorities.
  • Handle payments, refunds, and loyalty programs accurately.
  • 1–2 years retail experience with sportswear/premium brands preferred
  • Energetic, passion for or interest in sports would be beneficial
