  • Responsible to the project stakeholders for accomplishing the project objectives within the constraints such as project scope, time, cost and quality of the project.
  • Study tender/construction drawings, specifications, and contracts to understand project requirements.
  • Assist the Project Manager to oversee all site projects operations, functions, and requirements.
  • Oversee all technical matters, attend clients and consultants meetings, and coordinate M&E and architectural works.
  • Plan and sequence construction operations according to the master and detailed work construction programs, considering project costing.
  • Coordinate site operations with subcontractors and suppliers.
  • Liaise with clients, consultants, and authorities to resolve technical issues and monitor site progress against targets.
  • Plan, procure, monitor, and control resources such as manpower, machinery, and materials to execute site works within time and cost constraints.
  • Lead coordination meetings with Site Managers, Site Engineers, and subcontractors.
  • Maintain a safe, secure, and healthy work environment, aiming for zero accidents and near misses.
  • Ensure sites meet legal guidelines and health and safety requirements.
  • Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Requirements:

  • Diploma / Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent
  • 8 - 10 years of related experience with infrastructure work.
