Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in managing and supervising site activities to ensure compliance with project specifications, drawings, and LTA requirements.
  • Support in planning, coordinating, and monitoring construction schedules and progress.
  • Supervise and coordinate with subcontractors, consultants, and suppliers to achieve project milestones.
  • Ensure site safety, quality, and environmental standards are met at all times.
  • Provide support in resolving technical and construction-related issues.
  • Assist in preparing progress reports, site documentation, and project updates for management and clients (including LTA representatives).
  • Monitor manpower, equipment, and material resources to ensure efficient site operations.
  • Support Construction Manager in client meetings, inspections, and audits.
  • Assist in identifying risks, delays, or cost impacts and recommend corrective actions.
Requirements
  • Degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related discipline.
  • Minimum 3–5 years of relevant experience in civil engineering or infrastructure projects, with prior exposure to LTA projects preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, codes, and regulations.
  • Familiar with project planning, site management, and safety protocols.
