Position: Facilities Management Assistant
· Liaise with in-house technicians to maintain and repair facilities, machinery equipment in the factory to
ensure safe and efficient operations.
· Coordinate with the contractors/machine vendor for repair and maintenance works in terms of routines,
operation breakdowns, or examination of equipment:
- Cold-rooms and Processing Rooms Refrigeration System
- PA system
- Air Conditioning
- Electrical
- Air Compressor
- Gas
- Exhaust & Ducting
- Water & Plumbing
- Drainage & Grease Interceptor
- Lifts
- Fire Equipment
- Production machinery
· Execute schedules with in-house technicians to ensure the preventive maintenance of the facilities and
machinery.
· Arrange preventive maintenance with overseas machinery vendors.
· Sourcing of facility & machinery parts.
· Maintain approved vendor files, service reports, quotations, etc.
· Follow up with contractors, machine vendors, internal stakeholders (e.g. purchasing, accounts) for
quotations, invoices, and payments.
· Submit applications or facilitate inspections with relevant regulatory authorities like Building and Construction
Authority (BCA), Ministry of Manpower (MOM), Singapore Civil Defense Force (SCDF), Public Utilities Board (PUB), SP Power, Jurong Town Corporation (JTC), and the National Environment Agency (NEA).
· Liaise with mall managements or Housing & Development Board (HDB) regarding any maintenance-related
issues at outlets.
· Updating monthly outlets servicing reports to mall managements.
· Follow up findings raised by WSHO cum fire safety manager to ensure compliance with regulations.
· Execute any additional duties as assigned by management.
Requirements:
· Diploma in Civil/Mechanical/Electrical/FM/Construction
· Minimum 2 years of working experience in facilities management
· Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills.
· Detail orientated and able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
Benefit:
*Work time: 8.00am to 5.30pm (Mon to Fri).
* Attire: Casual
* Annual Incentive Bonus: pay out twice in a year - 0.5months of basic salary each period.
* Variable Bonus
* Annual leave: 10 days. 1 additional day for 12 months of continuous service, up to a maximum of 14 days.
