Responsibilities:

  • Communicate with customers, handle enquiries, and follow up on leads.
  • Prepare quotations and formalize sales proposals based on client requirements.
  • Support the preparation of both technical and commercial proposals for tender submission.
  • Evaluate quotations from vendors and subcontractors, liaise and negotiate with suppliers for competitive pricing.
  • Prepare and manage tender documentation, including cost summaries, risk assessments, and approval paperwork.
  • Submit completed proposals on time to meet customer deadlines.
  • Provide clarifications or responses to customer enquiries and maintain accurate documentation.
  • Maintain and update product/service information and sales databases of current and potential customers.
  • Support digital marketing efforts and sales-related reporting.
  • Coordinate with internal teams for sales and marketing activities.
  • Carry out ad-hoc duties as assigned by the immediate supervisor.

Key Requirements:

  • Diploma or higher education in Business, Marketing, or related fields preferred.
  • Relevant working experience is an advantage (entry-level candidates may also apply).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
