Responsibilities

Preparation of the monthly regulatory and markets overview of APAC countries and periodical newsletter to external stakeholders. This includes:

  • Systematization of the process
  • Identification of new sources of information
  • Preparation of analysis of the topics that have an impact on EDP Sunseap activities
  • Follow up of power markets trends
  • Identification of regulatory developments
  • Collaboration with different business unit to understand the impact from a more local perspective
  • Preparation of reports to be distributed to a broad internal and external audience.

Preparation of market reports:

  • Research of potential issues and main characteristics of the market
  • Evaluation of main variables: Size, risk, energy dependency, need for RES, RES targets…etc
  • Digest and synthesize information from different sources, understanding of concepts in depth

Requirements

  • Bachelor's, master's, or PhD degree in Engineering. Knowledge/interest on renewable energy economics and functioning of power markets is a plus
