What you'll be doing

  • Support Tender Manager to develop comprehensive Building Management System estimation which includes preparation of tender submission and marketing materials during tender and follow up stage.
  • Understand technical drawings and specification requirements.
  • Establish good relationship with vendors and negotiate with them.
  • All other ad hoc duties as assigned.

What we're looking for

  • Minimum Higher Nitec / Diploma in Engineering Discipline
  • With some technical knowledge of BMS System, Mechanical/ACMV related System is a plus
  • Possess good communication skills
