Roles and Responsibilities

  • Install, configure, and troubleshoot hardware and software systems, including operating systems, applications, and network components
  • Microsoft 365 administration on Intune, Entra ID, Sharepoint, Exchange, and Defender
  • Server administration on cloud and on premise, Domain Controller, Active Directory, IIS, DNS, VOIP, LDAP
  • Network administration on firewall, switches, VPN, VLAN, WiFi controller
  • Resolve Level 1 and 2 computer or application issues to local and remote users
  • Escalation of Level 3 Application Issues to third-party vendors
  • Maintain proper logging and maintenance of help desk requests via ticketing system
  • Conduct regular system backups minimize data loss in the event of a system failure
  • Maintain IT related Fixed Assets to support onboarding/ offboarding process
  • Maintain and ensure compliance with all IT/ISO related policies and procedures
  • IT project coordination and vendor management

Qualifications

  • Diploma / Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
  • 2-4 years of experience as an IT Systems Administrator or similar role
  • Familiarity with Windows systems and environments
  • Proven experience on Microsoft 365 platform and Cloud Iaas
  • Experience with networking concepts and technologies
  • Experience with Cisco Meraki and Microsoft Power Platform is a plus
  • Knowledge in cybersecurity practice is a plus
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills, team player and able to work independently with minimal supervision
