
HR Assistant

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Work Pass Administration: Assist in managing work pass applications, security bonds, renewals, cancellations, and related tasks.
- HR Documentation: Support in preparing HR letters, including appointment letters, confirmations, transfers, and promotions.
- Training Support: Provide administrative assistance with training applications, registrations, and related tasks.
- Document Filing and Records Management: Assist in maintaining organized filing systems for recruitment, personnel files, payroll, and other HR documents.
- HR Reporting: Support in preparing HR reports, including recruitment, payroll, and compliance reports.
- Insurance Administration: Assist with WICA claims, insurance-related matters, and recordkeeping.
- Staff Resignation/Termination Support: Provide support with exit procedures, including clearance, exit interviews, and air ticket arrangements.
- General Administrative Support: Assist with various administrative tasks to ensure smooth daily office operations.
- Other Ad-hoc Tasks: Provide support for any other HR-related duties as assigned by supervisors.
- Minimum of a Diploma, preferably with relevant experience in HR administration or support roles.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Resourceful, independent, and proactive in problem-solving.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Willing to work in the West.
