Set in 15 acres of lush greenery just minutes from the vibrant Orchard Road shopping belt, the Shangri-La Hotel, Singapore is a tranquil, sophisticated urban retreat whether travelling for business or leisure. It features 792 luxurious guestrooms and suites across three distinct wings, which include unique family-themed rooms, supported by a host of dedicated family-focused amenities.

About the Role

As a Service Associate – Family Experience (Ambassador), you'll be the face of our family-friendly spaces including buds by Shangri-La, Splash, and other interactive zones. You'll lead play activities, ensure safety and cleanliness, and deliver exceptional guest service that delights both children and adults.

Key Responsibilities

  • Facilitate engaging, safe, and educational play sessions.
  • Maintain cleanliness and safety across all kids' play areas.
  • Assist with guest inquiries, bookings, and reservations.
  • Support marketing, promotions, and themed events.
  • Handle POS reports, incident logs, and inventory tracking.
  • Collaborate with other departments to deliver seamless experiences.
  • Uphold hygiene, safety, and emergency protocols.
