  • Creating a positive experience by welcoming and assisting clinic patients.
  • Preparing patient files by obtaining personal and health information.
  • Maintaining patient data records for evaluation and health insurance purposes.
  • Promoting patient safety by maintaining a clean and hygienic environment.
  • Front line counter management.
  • Registration and screening of patient.

Requirements

  • 1 year of current / previous Clinic Assistant or Patient Service Associate experience
  • Ability to multitask and eagerness to learn on the job.
  • Prior Clinical Assistant /Front Counter experience is preferred.

Competent in claims processing

Able to cover at least 1 night clinic per week
